📢 We're Hiring: Telegram Community Manager (Full Crypto Knowledge)

We're looking for an experienced Telegram Community Manager to help grow and manage our fast-paced crypto-focused community. If you're fluent in English, know how to keep a Telegram group active, organized, and informed — and you have a well-rounded understanding of the crypto space (from mining to trading to airdrops and bots) — we want to hear from you.

✅ What You'll Be Doing:

• Actively engage with users in our Telegram group

• Answer beginner and intermediate questions about:

  • Crypto trading

  • Airdrops and project launches

  • Wallets and token transfers

  • Mining basics

  • On-chain tools, Telegram bots, and Web3 utilities

• Moderate the chat (remove spam, bots, and toxic behavior)

• Post daily updates, reminders, and announcements (provided or created)

• Keep the community vibe friendly, informed, and hype-free

• Help educate new members and keep them coming back

📌 Requirements:

• Fluent written English with good grammar and tone

• Solid understanding of crypto as a whole, including:

  • Blockchain fundamentals

  • Trading terms and risk awareness

  • Crypto airdrops, token launches, and whitelists

  • Telegram bot usage (e.g., sniper bots, airdrop bots)

  • Basics of mining (BTC, ETH, altcoins)

• Experience managing Telegram or similar online communities

• Able to work independently and stay responsive during key hours

• Bonus: Familiar with moderation bots like Rose, Combot, etc.

💼 Bonus Skills (Not Required but Nice to Have):

• Ability to write short-form content (e.g., community posts, Twitter updates)

• Experience with Discord, Reddit, or Twitter crypto communities

• Passionate about emerging trends (memecoins, L2s, staking, etc.)

⏰ Working Hours:

• Flexible, but ideally available during peak activity hours

• ~1–2 hours/day to start (may scale as the community grows)
